The Haryana School Teachers Selection Board (HSTSB), Panchkula; is expecting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in English, Urdu, Science and Mathematics under H E S-II (Group-C Services) for the Department of Secondary Education, Haryana. It is a direct recruitment and interested candidates need to apply on or before October 10, 2014.
Candidates applying for the above mentioned posts would be placed within the state of Haryana. The rest of the job details are given below:

Candidates selected against the above mentioned posts would be getting a pay scale of Rs 9,300/‐ to Rs 34,800/- along with a grade pay of Rs 4,600/‐.
Eligibility
Age Limit: Candidates applying for the above mentioned posts should be between 18 to 42 years of age.
Educational Qualification:
- For applicants against the post of TGT for English: B.A. with at least 50% marks in English as an elective subject and two years Diploma in Elementary Education, OR B. Ed. and Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) /School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET).
- For applicants against the post of TGT for Science: B. Sc. and two years Diploma in Elementary Education, OR B. Ed. and Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET)/School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET).
- For applicants against the post of TGT for Mathematics: B.A./B. Sc./B. Com with at least 50% marks in Mathematics as an elective subject and two years Diploma in Elementary Education, OR B. Ed. and Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET)/School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET).
- For applicants against the post of TGT for Urdu (in Mewat): B.A. with at least 50% marks in Urdu as an elective subject and two years Diploma in Elementary Education; OR B.A. with at least 50% marks as well as in Urdu as an elective subject and 1 year Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.); OR B.A. with at least 45% marks as well as 50% marks in Urdu as an elective subject and 1 year Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.), in accordance with NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard; OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B. El. Ed): OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and four years BA Ed.; OR B.A. with at least 50% marks as well as in Urdu as an elective subject and one year B. Ed. (Special Education).
- For applicants against the post of TGT for Urdu (for rest of Haryana except Mewat): B.A. with at least 50% marks in Urdu as an elective subject and two years Diploma in Elementary Education; OR B.A. with at least 50% marks as well as in Urdu as an elective subject and one year Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.); OR B.A. with at least 45% marks as well as 50% marks in Urdu as an elective subject and 1 year Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.), in accordance with NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard; OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and four years Bachelor in Elementary Education (B. - Candidates are required to apply online through the official website of HSTSB.
- Applicants need to make the payment through online or in any branch of State Bank of India within 48 hours of registration of online application form with CDAC, Mohali. Physically Handicapped exempted from the fee.

- For General Category Female of Haryana resident only : Rs 75/-
- For SC/BC/SBC/EBPG Candidates of Haryana only : Male – Rs 125/- and Female – Rs 18/-
